Camino Practice Walk - Capilano Pacific Trail

Nice walk with friendly group this past weekend - Capilano Pacific Trail from Ambleside Park to the Cleveland dam and back.  Practiced getting lost and back on route.  Pie stop wind up was nice.

  

Golden Ears Park Hike

As a teen just getting into hiking I would spend a lot of time exploring Golden Ears Park as it was close to our home.

This past weekend my brother joined me for a morning hike up the West Canyon, trail, cross Gold Creek on the new footbridge and back the East Canyon trail.  Nice to spend time with my brother and revisit old familiar trails.

Three Bridges Cycle Ramble

Last weekend I set out to do a circular route from my home taking in the three main bridges (Port Mann, Golden Ears and Pitt River) whilst sticking as closely as possible to traffic free cycle ways, trails, dykes, etc.
