Camino Portuguese Day 13

September 11, 2017
Pontevedra to Combarro
13 km
Cloudy morning and sunny afternoon

Joined the Camino pilgrim conga line out of Pontevedra but only for a couple of kms to our turn off onto the 'Spiritual Variant' of the Camino.  This alternate route curves to the west, climbs over a little mountain before turning inland  and rejoining the main Camino route.  This can be done in two days but we have a couple of extra days to burn up before SDC so we will take three.
Stopped around noon at very pretty village of Combarro where we will explore and rest up for the biggish climb that starts our day tomorrow. Lisa found time to do some seaglass searching on the beach and found what she considers the 'Hope Diamond' of seaglass.
